Jesus brings with Him everything my soul longs for.

1. Jesus is the WONDERFUL COUNSELOR

A. He loves me!

(1 Peter 5:7) Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.

B. He listens to me!

(Psalm 5:1-2) Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my sighing. Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God, for to You I pray.

C. He leads me!

(John 10:3-4) He calls His own sheep by name and leads them out. He goes on ahead of them, and His sheep follow Him because they know His voice.”

2. Jesus is the MIGHTY GOD

A. Only Jesus has the power to create!

(John 1:3) Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made.

B. Jesus has all power to do ALL things!

* Mortal? “I am the Eternal One” (John 8:58)

* Seeking? “I am the Truth” (John 14:6)

* Lost? “I am the Way” (John 14:6)

* Confused? “I am the Light” (John 9:5)

* Outside? “I am the Door” (John 10:7)

* Alone? “I am the Vine” (John 15:1)

* Weak? “I am the Bread” (John 6:35)

* Afraid? “I am the Good Shepherd” (John 10:11)

* Dying? “I am the Resurrection” (John 11:25)

* Willing? “I am the Lord and Master” (John 13:13)

C. When I’m with Jesus, I can do all things!

(Philippians 4:13) I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.

3. Jesus is the EVERLASTING FATHER

(Romans 8:14-16) Those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him, we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.

4. Jesus is the PRINCE OF PEACE

Jesus is the Prince of Peace because He came to put us

in a peaceful relationship with God.
